We are aware that the email currently used for some of our members' Palmetto Electric accounts are Hargray (@hargray.com) email addresses. Effective February 25, 2023, Hargray will no longer offer residential or business email, and all accounts provided by Hargray (@hargray.com) will need to be transitioned to a new email provider. According to Hargray.com, residential email service will be discontinued for customers living in Palmetto Electric's service territory on December 29, January 12 and January 26, 2023. For all members with Hargray email addresses, your account information will need to be updated with your new email address to avoid any interruption in communications from Palmetto Electric Cooperative. You can do this by logging into your MyEnergy Online account, MyEnergy mobile app, or calling our offices directly. Our representatives are happy to help!
