The Co-op Connections program helps members save money on everything from clothing to automotive services, from dining to travel — and so much more. The Co-op Connections Card is a valuable member benefit that not only saves you money but helps local businesses in our community. The card is free, simply because you’re a member of Palmetto Electric.

Touchstone Energy Cooperatives, a national alliance of more than 680 independent, consumer-owned electric co-ops, initiated Co-op Connections in May 2007. Members of Palmetto Electric Cooperative and 495 other participating Touchstone Energy co-ops nationwide have saved more than $81 million on prescription drugs since then.

Other benefits you receive from the card:

Healthy Savings Program

The same program that offers discounts at over 31,000 local and national merchants and has saved Palmetto Electric members over $3 million on prescriptions also offers you significant savings on dental, vision, hearing, lab & imaging services and chiropractic work with the Healthy Savings Program.

Healthy Savings Program Examples

Savings examples include:

  • 10% to 85% discounts on most prescriptions at over 60,000 participating pharmacies.

  • 10% to 60% discounts on eyeglasses, contact lenses, eye exams and LASIK.

  • 20% to 40% discounts on dental care such as cleanings, x-rays, root canals, crowns and orthodontics.

  • PLUS, additional savings on chiropractic visits, lab tests, imaging scans and hearing aids.

How the Healthy Savings Program works:

Simply show your Co-op Connections Card or use the mobile app at a participating provider and you will receive a discount. It’s that easy!T

What we ask:

We ask that you offer our members a discount for a period of at least one year.
